The firm's co-founder, C. Richard Henriksen, Jr., having planned at a young age to enter the practice of law, began working for the firm when he was 16. He has been on the governing board of UTLA since 1979 and served as its president in 1985. He is actively involved with ATLA as a Delegate or Board of Governor member since 1982. He has also been active in serving with the Utah State Bar and is currently a chair of a Fee Arbitration Panel. He and his wife, Elaine, are the parents of six children. He is actively involved in community affairs, politics, and for 25 years has volunteered with the youth of our community in the Boy Scouts of America, schools and soccer. He has had numerous verdicts and settlements in excess of one million dollars on behalf of his clients. He has a strong work ethic, love of people and power of discernment.
